The USDA APHIS Veterinary Services Animal Health Services (AHS) mobile application is a tool to allow Accredited Veterinarians, State and Federal Animal Health Officials to collect and submit data for regulatory testing, treatment, vaccination and movement of animals. With AHS, official forms can be printed or emailed as needed and required data is submitted upon completion to the appropriate State and Federal animal health authorities. An eauthentication level 2 account is required.
